Your records stay attached to your workspace.

Apiary Close stores your email, password hash, operation name, hive count, confirmed transcripts and visit ledgers. Passwords are never stored in plain text. Audio is written to a temporary folder for transcription and removed when that request finishes.

Retention and your controls

Workspace records remain until you delete the account. Login sessions expire after seven days and end earlier when you log out or delete the account. Account deletion removes the workspace records, visits, events, sessions and subscription reference controlled by Apiary Close. This release does not retain recurring application backups; short-lived recovery-drill backup files are deleted after verification.

You can export visit records as CSV, log out or delete the account from the workspace. Apiary Close does not sell workspace records, use them for advertising or use them to diagnose colonies.

Service providers

Railway hosts the application and operational logs. Stripe hosts Checkout, the customer billing portal and payment records; Apiary Close does not receive card numbers. GitHub hosts the public support tracker. Those providers retain their own operational and billing records under their published policies.

Support and sensitive data

For privacy or product support, use the public Apiary Close support form. Do not post passwords, card data, hive locations, transcripts or customer information there.
